Order processing time is 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), Monday through Friday. In the case of a holiday, orders are shipped on the next business weekday. When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.
WHY DID MY PACKAGE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION?
Orders over a specific value will ONLY ship out with a signature confirmation. This is to ensure that the package is received by the person who ordered it.
Should you request the package to be shipped without a signature, this will need to be noted prior to shipment and you will be responsible for the safety of this package.
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, and we can ship a replacement item to you. Photos of a damaged item/package helps us to improve any shipping issues we may encounter.

No returns will be provided or discounts will be provided for missed sales.
Due to the nature of Happy Glow Skincare products, we are unable to accept returned products. If there’s an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find a solution.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there's a re-shipping fee that will be charged in order for us to reship your order.

MISSING OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with the United States Postal Service at 1 (800) 275-8777. Happy Glow Skincare LLC does not hold responsibility for packages that are delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
